Couldn't open the menu, but the beer looks tasty. Glad you found a way to brew and spend time with the honey.I got to pick the dinner spot tonightso we went to a brewery. The beer and the menu description
I bet that is good. I found something from Sierra Nevada over the weekend that I enjoyed. They are calling it a Pilsner, but it is hoppy. It was 4.7%, and it came in an 8 pack of mini cans. That is some tasty shit, and I hope it sticks around for a few months.Fermenter pour of my Hoppy Lager. Nice flavor from the hops. Used Citra and Mosaic. Of course it will clear up some in the keg. I like it! Just yesterday, I stripped old screen from one of our windows, using that screen to line the bottom of a pot for drainage. Now I have a window to rescreen.Landlord replaced the screen door. This pic's for @Herm brews if he ever sees it

Yeah, Belgium's are normally high in carbonationI’m drinking my bottled Delirium clone. It’s way under carbonated. Aside from that, it’s not bad. Not oxidized, clean tasting, just not enough fizz. I’ll have to check my kegging system for leaks. All in all, I think it’s great for a first run in the AIO system. Thanks for all the advice from everyone to help me brew this beer. I look forward to the next brew.
