Lost Power

I live in MS. We have been without power for 5 days. I put an english brown ale with White Labs - English Ale Yeast WLP002 into fermenter on Jan 11. Had temp set for 66 degrees. Well on Jan 24 we lost power. It has not been frozen, but I bet it is down to 40s since. Hoping for power by Saturday, which means that it has been at 66 for 13 days and 40 degrees for 7 days. If/when power comes back on, do I bring the temp up to 66 for a couple days an then to 70 for a diacetyl rest? Or just go right to keg?

What would you do?

I'd take a sample to make sure it was finished and taste it. It sounds like it would have been long finished though, at 13 days in before the temperature drop so if it is good, I'd keg it.
 
With 13 days at 66°F I don't think you need a diacyl rest. I'd just keg it now. The past 4 days in the 40s is like a moderate cold-crash.
 
You've described just about the perfect fermentation schedule for a beer like that. It was probably completely finished after around a week at 66 degrees and certainly would be after nearly 2.
And a D-rest wouldn't be necessary for that yeast in any reasonable fermentation range.

Agree. I normally ferment for 8-10 days, then cold crash it for a couple more days.

To me it sounds like that’s what you just did.

It won’t hurt to let it warm up and see what happens, but I’d be very surprised if it had not finished fermenting.
 
It is probably done in 13 days. Take some gravity readings and keg that bitch:)
