Well I got my Amber Ale in the fermenter and all cleaned up. A successful brew day, no wort on the floor!

I did notice as I was pitching the Nottingham into the fermenter the package said to rehydrate or activate before using. Hope it takes off..

I never rehydrated
I just sprinkle it on top and go about my business
Which hops did you use ?

Used cascade, 1 1/2 each 45min and 1 min

No, no use doing that. I don’t know why they put that on the packages. Sprinkle it and go.

No need to rehydrate, dry yeast has come a long way baby!

Was it hard to separate the control board from the brewzilla? I have read about it done but wanted your take on it.
