Well I will be mostly in Czechia next week but plan to slip over the border and check out Dresden so brushing up. The only Czech I know is pivo prosim hopefully that's enough to get by

Amazing....is this still the best selling craft beer at C stores? It tastes just like Serria Nevada Pale Ale to me....

This was available in our stores a couple of years ago, and was promoted as an amazing beer from an amazing brewery. I found it to be just an okay beer, only ever bought it once as there were always far better beers (in my opinion) right next to it on the shelf. Still, a nice beer though

I guess I have Sunfire to thank for this one. I may have used a different recipe, but she got the wheels turning on one of the Zoom meetings. I love this beer.
Can't go wrong with an alt :)

Especially, a well balanced,41 IBU Altbier:)

Side Project - La Belle Fleur
Farmhouse Ale

I don’t have the nerve to use Brett, and thus can never brew a beer as good as this.

I had a dedicated keg for bret beers. I'd just secondary on the bret in the keg and served from it. Made some descent beer but it was always crap shoot. Fun experiment though

I always felt like I’d need to dedicate a whole compliment of fermenting equipment just for the occasional, one-off Brett beer. Never seemed practical enough, but every time I have a beer this good, it makes me rethink things. Cheers.

I never had a crossover served from a picnic tap. And bottled off the keg.
