Hey peoples, currently immersing myself in the home brewing world after working for a Bristol brewery for the last few years.

I've well and truly got addicted to trying bits at home so here I am.

@Robjames621 coming from a production setting to homebrewing is totally different animal. I find it easier to make 30bbls of beer then it is to make 5 gals! not that i have made 5 gals since college...just saying.

I wouldn't necessarily just pick random recipes from this site. Ask us here about what you want to brew. There is a pretty diverse group of brewers here making all kinds of different styles. There some among us are award winners!
I have never put a beer in a competition, I can't lose if I don't enter!
