Does anyone have a Karl Strauss Aurora Hoppyalis clone. This is an outstanding beer and I would love to try to brew it.

looks like they just pale malt and white wheat, i'd do 80% pale and 20% white wheat for a bill.

i'd add some sugar at the end of the boil to achieve that 7%ABV,

and the hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra. Try bittering with Simcoe, and Then personally i'd do Amarillo at 20, Mosaic at 5, and Citra at flame out. i'll edit this post once i get less drunk to use to recipe calculator.

try that?? play with the hops and whatnot.

Thank you very much for taking the time to help. I can't wait to try this!

Oliver - If you like Aurora Hoppyalis, I posted the recipe in public and you can find. Thanks for the heads up and I just cracked the first one I brewed. This is a super good recipe and a more seasoned brewer than me can make this even more tasty. Thanks again for the info and it sure helped! Drinking one in your honor now.
