A few parts!
 
Nice, i didn't even know they made em like that. Mine are all the normal 3 piece with tri-clamp ends
 
Each Fermentor has about 40 parts.
Took a while to figure it all out, but now I'm pretty quick at it.
Maybe 5 minutes to assemble the entire Fermentor

I would show you mine, but it’s all packed away, ready to move.
Yesterday afternoon, my wife and I officially took ownership of our new home in Eugene, Oregon. Escrow closed without any hiccups, and we even get a small refund out of escrow.
Now we just have to get up there, the drive begins Friday evening.

Those are the parts for 7 of my 8 Fermentor's.
I break then down completely on every batch.
I just don't normally have that many empty and broken apart at one time.
I'm playing catch up now on my brewing and will brew 4-5 times this week and 3 times next week to get somewhat caught up.

where do you get those ball valves? tried amazon but no luck

I thought you were transfering from primary to secondary for a sec, lol. I almost got the vapors!
