I really love this recipe! Takes at least three days to make but the long fermentation is worth it.

That’s a good looking loaf.
Made some dinner rolls to go with tonight's punkin soup. First bread style bake in new oven happy with these.

I made pretzels once - they are not easy to make, at least not perfect looking pretzels. With practice, the twist and fold probably becomes easy. Until then, you get what you get. It would be a good thing to make pretzels again, to get more practice.

Super easy. 1 hour rise, shape, 10 min proof. 3-5 mins on each side on a griddle, finish in oven for 7-10 mins...I've had 3 so far today. Planning on eggs Benedict tomorrow for brekkie
