Hi all!

Long time micro-batch 1 Gal home brewer, BJCP beer judge, bar manager and Advanced Cicerone here. Studying for the Master Cicerone exam in November.

I've started a new podcast talking about beer styles in a super chilled (almost ASMR?) style.
Would appreciate it if you have a listen https://beeryinteresting.buzzsprout.com/
If you enjoy, positive reviews are a great help.
Many thanks!

Paddy

Just listened to the Witbier episode, looking forward to listening to the Cali Common epidode next.

Thankyou I'll check it out!

I listened to your initial podcast - The Birth of Beer and The Style Council - and really enjoyed it (even though I was slightly hoping that maybe The Style Council segment was to be an appreciation for Cafe Bleu or Our Favourite Shop...alas ;)). I enjoyed the fact that the podcast was informative and got right to business. You didn’t waste my time with silly nonsense (that stuff turns me off so many other shows.) I look forward to listening again in the future. Best of luck.

Gonna give it a listen

Been listening for 2 days now. This guy really knows his stuff and get interesting topics. His voice will put you to sleep, but i got over it, lol.

I did learn something important that i never heard before. Putting crystal malt in IPAs will oxidize them. Gonna change up a recipe to delete that and see if it stays hoppy longer than 3 weeks
