Put all your IBUs in at 60 mins and Cascade will work fine. Weissbier does not need flavor or aroma hops.

You couldn't find Hallertauer as in they weren't available or not in the system? Otherwise what you're thinking should be pretty tasty.

I agree with Nosy. One bittering addition of Cascade is plenty for this type of beer. - There is actually a brewery about an hour from me that makes a weissbier with Cascade and it is adored by just about all who try it.

Good luck with the brew!
Thank you
Ponga todas sus IBU en 60 minutos y Cascade funcionará bien. Weissbier no necesita lúpulo de sabor o aroma. [/ CITA]
Hola gracias por tu opinion Debo agregar 20 gramos de cascada. ¿Cuánto crees que debería usar?

Wie, bitte? Regardless of language, I hope your beer comes out tasty. We'll help as best we can.

Sorry for not translating it I was wrong copying and pasting the text.

Follow his advice and modify the recipe. Using only cascade would look like this:
STATS:
Original Gravity: 1,049
Final Gravity: 1,010
ABV (standard): 5.09%
IBU (tinseth): 13.87
SRM (morey): 3.78
Mash pH: 0

FERMENTABLE:
2.5 kg - BEST Wheat Malt (55.6%)
2 kg - BEST Pilsen (44.4%)

HOPS:
20 g - Cascade, Type: Pellet, AA: 7, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 13.87

If i use 25gr of cascade = 17.34 IBU

Welcome Carlos!
I wish you luck with your Weissbier!
Not a style that I brew so I cannot offer any advice.
Cheers!

Looks to be on the right track. Go with the lower IBUs.
