Small-batch Wit is cooling downstairs, Costal Blue Cheese is draining on the counter, German Rye Bread is baking in the oven. It's a microbiological trifecta! Been a busy afternoon....
SHMBO wants me to cook a Goulash for this Friday's dinner, or a Korma - 'Well you cook better than I do'!
And buggerit she likes my latest (2nd. attempt) all grain pale ale, I'll have to brew more so it was off to the local HBS
this morning for more malt, hops & yeast. Think I go down the corny keg route from now on.
It's me own fault!
