This beer had a crapload of protein, but for some reason, whatever I do with the simple BIAB setup, my beer does usually have decent lacing. I do normally have to use more grain to compensate for efficiency issues, but maybe that is itCan I call you Sandy?

Lately, I have been. I am very happy with this beer, but Josh gave me some ideas and some brewers locally helped a lot. I did something I was told not to do. For taste, it worked out well.
