It's not bad really, a blonde ale all grain kit from shortfinger. I definitely learned a few things along the way, the number 1 item is patience. I'm sure I could have waited another day or so before cold crashing and also could have let it crash another day at least. But, I have something that is drinkable and will be able to share with my friends. I will definitely buy another kit from shortfinger, that made things pretty simple for me as I get started. It's been a fun process and I'm looking forward to my next brew session.Tell us how it comes out, did you taste your gravity sample?
