New to brewing and thought I’d share this beer..!
El dorado, citra and simcoe.
Nice beer, clean and great favour.
Can really taste the candy notes from the el dorado.
First time using gelatin and very nice clarity.

looks purdy never used el dorado, but citra and simcoe are a couple of my favorites.

love the clarity. was something I worked o a couple years ago. tried gelatin a few times and finally settled on biofine clear. not free but works magic in 2 days.

Stopped at Airlie Beach and had a few local lagers. Haven’t really enjoyed a lager since drinking hoppy beers but these were delicious!!
