DDH IPA?

Buttery flavor / odor?
It has improved. There is a butterscotch flavor going on but it seems to just be a bit unbalanced for what I was going for. The hop character is coming through nicely but it’s still just too malty. Seems to come off as more of a strong ale. I think less Munich, increased bitterness, and a yeast I’m more familiar with would make a big difference

Also, the beer jumped up above recommended fementation temp so I may be getting some yeast derived off flavors
