Custom fermentable addition time

I have a recipe which requires a lactose addition at 5 mins. If I make it a regular fermentable then brew steps say to add the lactose at the start of the boil. If I make it a late addition custom fermentable, the brew steps says "add all late addition fermentables" at 10 mins. Is here a way to customize the addition time?

If I put it in other, I am not selecting a built in fermentable - do all of the fermentable related calculations occur properly if I do that?

if you need to add a fermentable that calculates, you can only add it to add custom tab at the bottom near the sorts but you need to know its ppg values. lactose does not ferment

OK, now I understand - the lactose is adding sweetness only, I guess.
