Notes

Make hop tea with 150 degree water, 16 oz sanitized jar with lid, and .5 oz each of the hop stand hops. Add water to the hops and let tea naturally cool down (overnight before day of kegging). Strain out hop material and add the tea to the keg when transferring beer from fermenter.
