Gravity was low and should have been 1.052 boiled for 90 minutes to help bring up the gravity. Will end up with less beer. |

Wort took about a day to cool off in the new fermentation chamber. Started to ferment after about 18 hrs. |

Beer tasted good. Good amount of hops and tasted free of off flavors. Looking to see how it tastes once it is carbed. |
