Fast Ferment ball changed. Added dry hop (whole hops 3oz Cascade). Didn’t add weight. Ended up floating entire time in secondary. |

Hose in mash tun came off prior to vorloff. Couldn’t run off at all. Used large sieve and pots to separate grains and rinsed as best as I could in small batches. Started brew day at 1:30pm. Started boil at 6:05pm. |
