Notes

Brewed on Jan 5, 2020

Mashed at 152.5° F for 55 min, mash out at 160° F for 30 min. Sparged and collected 11 gallons @1.048. Added 1.75 gallons of water to come to 12.75 gal for boil dropping gravity to 1.041. Once wort came to boil, added hop charge and boiled for 60 min.

Collected 10 gallons at 1.048 and fermented at ale temp of 60-65°F

January 28, 2020 - Racked into 10 gal keg for secondary in refrig @ 35°F. Surprised that it only dropped to 1.019. Looks like yeast only worked to 61% attenuation
