Notes
  • Fermented and lagered in my chest freezer.
  • NOTE: The PRIMING SUGAR requirement. May have to recalculate based on the temperature of the beer at bottling!!
  • Post-boil calculation was 1.0 gallons. We measured it as 1.75 gallons. That caused the IBUs to increase from 4 to about 10.
  • Measured OG was 1.045...may have had more than 5.0 gallons in fermentor. Adjusting volume to 5.3 gives an OG of 1.045 and ABV of 4.9% vs. 5.2% with an FG of 1.008. Check this on bottling day!!
