Notes

Our take on a Sunday morning mimosa. Unfiltered (with flaked oats for a little soft haze and mouthfeel), high gravity, light on the SRM, extract beer; orange citrus notes from Amarillo and Ahtanum hops heavily dry hopped at high krausen, with orange zest at 5 minutes in the boil and a little orange puree in secondary. Champagne yeast, to eat all that sugar and make us giggle.
