Notes

Beer is well balanced with a nice, pleasing maltiness. Some hop flavor is present, but not overbearing. Color is a rich dark amber, perhaps slightly darker than expected. Carbonation is low to moderate after two weeks in the bottles. Three or four weeks in the bottle before refrigeration seems optimal.

Overall batch size came out closer to 6 gallons in the fermentor, so body is maybe slightly thinner than was intended. On the flip side, the beer is lighter and easier to drink.

Overall, reminds me of Fat Tire.
