Notes

1.使用糖化桶記得放上濾網
2.煮沸後10分鐘後再丟啤酒花,最後10分鐘丟入澄清劑,冷卻器
3.準備250ml的第一道麥汁,使用US-05酵母活化,不要攪拌,用保鮮膜包住等待水化15分鐘。輕輕攪拌水化的酵母,保證完全濕潤。
4.丟入發酵桶裡,蓋上蓋子再進行充氧,搖晃1分鐘左右。發酵溫度19度。
5.分兩桶各10公升,投入可可碎粒跟可可露。
