Notes

This was a no chill batch, so i put the boil hops with a long duration to try and estimate the IBU better.
Tasting 7 day sample.
Warm, fresh off fermentor.
smells very citrusy, almost like orange juice.
Sample read at 1.010.
Tastes good, citrus, cleared up nicely after a week or so in the keg.

Fermentation ended up being a start at 16, peaked at 21 or so, then held at 19.
