Notes
  • It was first neighborhood brew.
  • Very less headspace on the fermentation bucket. This caused a lot of foaming the next day morning.
  • Extra sugar was added (1 lb brown on day 3), along with a packet of SAF Ale Yeast (with no mix requirements)
