Notes

Mash grains at 150F for 60 min. Boil 90 min. Chill to 68F, pitch yeast and hold for 2 days before ramping temp to 85F until complete.

Can also add 5lbs of elderberries or cranberries. First freeze the berries, sanitize with Star San and then crush.
