5g gypsum 3g salt 4g chalk 6.78ml acid 7.16G mash water 162F 200ml water in erlenmeyer. Going to put half the dry hops in at high krausen and half keg hop. IBUs estimated by brewersfriend is waaaay higher than recipe book estimate. Because of nochill maybe? unsure
