Notes

Based on customer feedback on Kaltio Pale Ale commercial beer.

Changed Viking Pale Ale Malt to Viking Pils malt as suggested by a commercial brewery. Viking pils is a close approximate of American Pale Ale Malts.

Adjusted focus to the aroma hops and added a second addition at flameout. Total aroma hops 100g per 36 liters (2.7g per liter)
