Edellisessä #5 panossa Mangrove Jack’s M21:llä attenuaatio ollut 61,8% niin kustomoidaan 62% tähän reseptiin (valmistajan speksissä 72,5%). Witbier#5 resepti siis tässä pohjana ja hiivan speksatulla a:lla loppuvahvuus olisi ABV 4,84%, mutta korjatulla a:lla ABV 4,16%.

Brewhouse efficiency kylläkin ollut edellisen panon reseptissä 70%, mutta olisi käytännössä ollut yli 100%. Nostan tähän reseptiin saannon 85%:iin niin ABV:ksi tulee tällöin 4,71%. Katsotaan miten menee...
