Notes

Looking to add frozen mixed berries after primary fermentation has eased. Will add them to thermomix and pasteurise on 70c for half hour cool and add directly to fermentor. Should add some reddish berry colour to beer.

Mixed berries = strawberries, blueberries raspberrys and blackberry currents.

Not enough berries added to Change colour. Will omit caramel malt next time. Good head retention with this beer.

Scored poorly 20s in hombrew comp with this one. It needs some major tweeking if not revisit drawing board.
