Notes

1 - Varm 51 liter vann til ca 72 grader tilsett 18,2 kg malt og bland godt.
2 - Mesk i 60 minutter
3 - Tilsett 20 liter kokende vann for mash out.
4 - Mash out i 10 minutter
5 - Varm 20 liter med skyllevann til 76-78 grader

6 - Kok opp, etter 5 minutter tilsett 90g Galena humle (koketid 60 minutter)
7 - Etter 45 minutter (15 minutter igjen) tilsett 100g Golding
8 - Tilsett Protafloc (3 tabletter) siste 10 minutter av koking
9 - Ta ut humlepung, start whirlpool
10 - Tapp ca 75 liter vørter.
