Notes

Add maple at flameout, pitch at 62F range for US-04 (2/3) and crash the other 1/3 to pitch the san fran lager. ferment around 63-65 for ale yeast two weeks then keg/bottle, lager around 50F for a month. lager batch will lager on 5oz of oak chips.
