Notes

Sett boksene med maltekstrakt i varmt vann for å få ekstrakten mest mulig flytende og enkel å få ut. Varm opp 21 liter vann til ca 70 grader. Rør inn maltekstrakten og kok opp. La koke i 60 min og tilsett humle som beskrevet underveis.

Kjøl ned vørter til 17 grader før pitching av gjær.
