Notes

Brewed this Sunday morning. Everything went perfect. Hit my temps, mash out and sparge.
Immense hot break! Cooled to 150°then added aroma hops to whirlpool. Chilled to 70°. transferred and pitched. I used Safale-05 on 2 fermentors and Nottingham on the other. I gave the last 5 gallons to my BIL. He'll pitch a Bry-97 starter on his.
