Notes

Made one huge mistake...used my 5 gallon Mash(Rubbermaid cooler), it stuck! Did not get the clarity that would have happened had I not had to dig in the mash to un-stick the batch. Wort was cloudy. Beer is cloudy but tastes fine. Going to run this one again soon.
