Used Northern Brewer muslin bags for hop additions at 60 and 20 minutes (regular hop-sock at 5 minutes).
Added Brewers Crystals with 5 minutes remaining in boil. Had to scrape 'candied' bits off bottom of kettle and continue to stir until flame-out |
