Notes

Pumpkin oven caramelized 350 F for one hour, then added to mash. Pumpkin spice added at flame out. Cooked quickly to 64F in fermentation vessel. No activity next am, another packet safale 0.5 added and temp boost to 70 F with activity within 2 hours.
