Notes

Make juniper infused water by boiling a juniper branch for 30 minutes, then let it steep for another 30 minutes.

Sanitize 2-3 juniper branches by dipping into boiling water. Also sanitize other equipment that might bring contamination. Cover bottom of the mash tun with juniper branches and do the mashing.
