Notes

2 gallon strike @170 to hit 158 mash temp
5 gallon to BK and steep oats and Cara for 20 minutes@ 180°
Combine mash wort with BK volume and dunk sparge mash bag.
Heat on right away to keep temp above 170°.
Add FWH to BK and bring to boil.
