Notes

Using: 7Kg Hoppy Days "Superblend" (Voyager) malt.

OG: 1.062 FG:1.007

After kegging I added 4 litres of boiled R/O water to bring ABV to about 6%. This increased beer clarity, made the citra more pronounced and produced a more enjoyable drink.

Result: 27 litres of very drinkable citra pale ale. Crystal clear, golden in colour, light and refreshing.
