Notes

Added 1lb honey to the boil kettle at flameout. Fermented 14 days, no secondary fermenter used.
Added .5 lbs honey to 2 cups water, bring to boil and cool, then added to keg at the time of packaging.
Carbonated under CO2 for 7 days, then transferred to bottles.
