Notes

Very good easy drinking beer. Would likely benefit from a little less corn in the mash in order to reduce the « peaches and cream » flavour and the sweetness. Not much adjustment needed. Maybe going from 1 lbs to 3/4 lbs or 1/2 lbs. Head retention and carbonation were good. A « go to » to have on tap for summer months.

****

V. 2.0
Going slightly higher on corn (only based on quantities purchased (Kg vs lbs) and substituting 2-Row Pale for Pilsner Malt. Hop profile is similar (slight increase), but will do a dry hop in the split (double batch) with 2.0 oz of BSG Mandarina Bavaria.
