Not sure about yeast nutrient/energizer

Wonder if brown sugar or any honey malt would help here?
No steeping/mashing so this should be be a straight warm up water, dissolve extract and boil for 45min or so, need 30min for teh hops at least, anything beyond that isn't particularly needed.
