Notes

08-30-2021 New recipe, looking for a quick American IPA using Simcoe, CTZ and Cascade for a dank and piney, but also stone-fruity, ale. Also used house-blend Frankenyeast to add a funky twist, similar to Tank 7 (Boulevard), plus I never used the house-blend in anything but the original recipe, so I wanted to see how it comes across in other styles.

Pre-boil = 1.045
OG = 1.056
FG =

Pitched >1 Liter starter (made about a week earlier and cold crashed. Pitched with about 1 Qt of the resulting "beer" -- didn't decant).

Did not make any adjustments to RO water (forgot).

Active fermentation w/in 16 hours. Aroma is excellent.
