Notes

This has no milk or lactose in it. The almonds in the mash create an “almond milk,” that lends flavor to the beer. Don’t expect a lot of head due to the nut oils — this is really best served on nitro.
To extract more almond flavor, let the almonds sit in the mash water longer before mashing your grain into it.
This recipe is for a three barrel system.
