Notes

I designed this recipe based off of help from a local brewery as well as info and recipes online. I pushed the IBU down to make it more palatable for my friends and family. Otherwise I would push to about 30. I decided to use pineapple extract for the first batch knowing it would give a decent result. If the malt/hop/yeast combination work well with the pineapple flavor, I will use real pineapple next time. I will probably use 2 pounds of previously frozen pineapple that I will puree and add into primary.
