Notes

Oak Addition:

This was half a split brew. I brewed 2 different yeasts. This one came out at 8.5 and was the nicer of the 2 brews, so I added wood chips. They were JD chips that had been soaking in a combination of my home made coffee liqueur and famous Grouse for 2 years. I kegged the beer into a 10ltr and put the wood chips into a hop tube and left them in there for 2 weeks.
It is so good !
