og end of boil = 1.064, rather dark, pitched yeast into bottom of fermenter then drained chilled wort on top for max aeration. My grain milling width must be grinding too small as clogging is a problem in my gas one mash tun....also hops directly in
I did not cool the wort to mid 70s. It was trending 80s, 90s it turns out. Measuring the temp of the brass wort chiller waste water was misleading.
Yeast did fine though with activity under 10 hours
Transferring to secondary @ Gravity = 1.010, Flavor over malty, needed the hops at whirlpool

Racking to keg, FG is 1.007, indicating an ABV of 7.2 as opposed to the 6.52 from the automatic calculations
