Been brewing for 3 1/2+ years now. Grandpa made his own beer during Prohibition and I always wanted to. Mostly extract kits but have done a couple of all-grain batches. Couple of failures...(infections, probably) most good drinkable ale and a couple of outstanding brews. Prost!
Belgian Ale, German Bier, Irish and English Ales; American Ales...but NO IPA...if I want to drink that much hops at once I'll brew them into a tea!
